Shipping Methods
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible — typically within 48 hours of receiving and confirming your order. During peak periods (holidays, sales) processing may take a little longer. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends.
Carriers
We primarily ship with DHL (Express) for most European and international orders to ensure fast and reliable delivery. UPS is also available and used for domestic routes or upon request.
Order tracking & delivery
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to track your shipment online.
Payment & processing time
Please note: if you pay by bank transfer, shipment will be dispatched only after the funds are received and cleared — this may add additional time to the processing of your order.
Holiday schedule
During holiday periods we will inform customers if orders are expected to take a little longer to process and ship.

Receipt & signature
Orders are delivered to the address provided on your order and require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign, the courier will leave a delivery notice with options to schedule a re-delivery or collect the parcel from the nearest courier depot.
If you prefer UPS for a specific shipment, please indicate this in your order notes or contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
