Gaelix Marine Service offers several payment methods: cards, PayPal, payment links and bank transfers. Choose the option that suits your order. Below you can find our bank details and payment security information.

Available Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards

We use the Piraeus Bank payment service for card payments. Checkout shows the supported card types.

First, select the card payment option. Then, enter your details on the payment provider’s page. Your bank may ask you to verify the payment.

PayPal

To pay through PayPal, select this option at checkout. Then, follow the instructions on PayPal’s payment page.

Available options depend on your country and account eligibility.

Payment by Link

You can also request a payment link from our team. This option suits orders arranged by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

We can provide links for equipment, spare parts and agreed technical services.

Before paying, check the amount and order details. Then, follow the payment provider’s instructions.

Alternatively, pay directly into our company bank account.

Include your order number and name in the transfer reference. This helps us match the payment to your order.

You may email your transfer receipt to info@gaelixmarineservice.gr. However, a receipt does not confirm that funds have reached our account.

We process bank transfer orders once the funds arrive. Transfer times depend on the banks involved and the transfer type.

Payment Confirmation and Dispatch

Dispatch depends on payment confirmation and product availability.

For items in stock, we follow the applicable dispatch schedule. However, backordered or customised products may take longer. Boats and goods supplied directly by manufacturers may also require additional time.

For quoted orders, follow the payment terms in your quotation or pro forma invoice.

Card, PayPal and payment-link transactions use the relevant provider’s payment interface. Enter sensitive payment details only in the designated fields.

We receive transaction references and payment status information to manage your order. These details differ from the passwords or codes used to authorise payment.

Before entering payment details, check the website address. Make sure you are using the genuine payment provider’s page.

Protect Your Payment Details

Never send banking passwords or one-time authentication codes by email, contact form or WhatsApp. Do not send your full card number or card security code through these channels.

If a payment link looks unexpected, contact us before using it. Likewise, verify any request to pay into a different bank account.

Payment Problems

If a payment fails, first check your bank or payment account. Confirm the transaction status before trying again.

If you see a charge but have no order confirmation, contact us. Please provide:

  • Your name.
  • Your order or quotation number, if available.
  • The payment date and amount.
  • The payment method.
  • The transaction reference.

These details help us investigate the payment. Please exclude sensitive card details, passwords and authentication codes.
