Return & Refund Policy

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to info@gaelixmarineservice.gr). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must be:

Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.
In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and with original tags attached).
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the proof of purchase.

We recommend that you check the products immediately upon delivery to identify any damages incurred during shipping.

Refunds (If You Change Your Mind)

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive type of delivery than our standard option).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

In case of an incorrect or faulty product shipped by our company, please contact us immediately at info@gaelixmarineservice.gr within 5 business days from the date of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of the item.

How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any product, you must contact us at info@gaelixmarineservice.gr to receive a Return Authorization. Returns that are not pre-authorized will not be accepted.
